We hope you have all had a fantastic half term break and are ready for the new term to begin!

This term our new big question will be "Why do the leaves fall from the trees?"

We will be learning about the World around us and how it is changing in preparation for Winter. We will learn about the season of Autumn and what happens to the trees and animals at this time of year.

We will also be learning about what happens as the weather turns colder and water begins to freeze outside! We will be using our outdoor environment a lot, so get wrapped up warm!

We will be using spontaneous learning experiences, such as drawing and writing with warm water in the ice and snow!

We will also be helping the children to learn about special events that take place in these darker months, such as Diwali, Bonfire Night and Christmas.
