Welcome to our transition page. We hope that you find this page useful and informative. It is aimed at helping parents and children to feel happy and confident in preparation for starting school in September.

Each year we plan a variety of activities for both children and parents to engage with to help the transition into school life.

Please find below some of the activities which took place in the summer term 2026 to support the new reception cohort.
