Hello everyone,

We hope you have all had a wonderful Easter break and are looking forward to the new term ahead of us.

Our new big question is Is there a monster under my bed?

This term we will be using a lot of imagination and learning about imaginary creatures.

We will explore the wonderful Gruffalo character who lives in the deep, dark woods and find out who the other creatures are that are hiding in the woodland.

We will also explore the wonderful world of aliens and monsters along with dragons and mermaids.

This big question will give all of our children the chance to develop their imagination and story telling through the area of Expressive Arts a Design.

There will be lots of opportunity to develop our Communication and Language and Literacy skills too.

We will be taking part in lots of music inspired by the imaginary creatures and making up our own sounds to represent the ways they move.
