A huge thank you to our amazing parents/ grandparents/ siblings for coming to our workshop this morning. It was lovely to see you all as usual. We started the workshop learning the parts of a castle using lots of historical vocabulary eg. portcullis and barbican. We then played a game using picture cards to compete against our grownups to see who could label their castle first.

After, we used the clay to build our own castles, making sure to add each feature to our design.

Finally, we performed the song 'Let's build a castle' with our loud voices and actions.
